A pharmacy that needed more than a
webshop.

LogosPharm is a prominent pharmacy chain in Montenegro serving thousands of customers across the country — spanning prescription medication, OTC products, cosmetics, dietary supplements, mother & baby items, and medical equipment across 12+ product categories.

They came to us with a clear but complex challenge: their physical inventory was entirely disconnected from their online presence, creating constant manual data entry, stock errors, and lost sales. The existing setup couldn't handle thousands of medical and cosmetic SKUs, had no automation pipeline, and offered zero integration with their internal merchandise and fiscalization systems.

What they needed wasn't a template. It was a custom platform engineered from the ground up — one that could automate operations, stay in perfect sync with backend systems, and still feel effortless to use.

We engineered a heavily customised WooCommerce platform — not a theme install, but a purpose-built digital infrastructure for a modern pharmacy operation. Every layer of the stack was designed to eliminate manual work, prevent data inconsistencies, and scale with the business.

From raw supplier data to published product — automatically.

We built a sophisticated AI pipeline using self-hosted n8n that transforms raw supplier product feeds into fully optimised WooCommerce listings. The workflow scrapes product data from distributor portals, routes it through an AI model that cleans, formats, and generates SEO-optimised descriptions, intelligently assigns categories and subcategories based on product context, and publishes directly into the database — eliminating hundreds of hours of manual entry. The same pipeline handles auto-incrementation of stock levels as new deliveries are registered in the ERP.

ERP & Inventory Sync
Two-way real-time integration with LogosPharm's internal merchandise management system (robno poslovanje) — stock levels, pricing, and new arrivals flow automatically between the physical store and the webshop without any manual intervention.

Fiscalization System Integration
Direct synchronisation with the centralised fiscalization infrastructure — POS terminals and cash registers across all locations stay in sync with online orders, ensuring compliant financial reporting and eliminating double-entry bookkeeping.

Loyalty Program
A fully custom loyalty engine built into the platform — customers earn points on every purchase, unlock tiered rewards, and receive personalised offers. Retention built into the checkout flow, not bolted on as an afterthought.

One-Click Checkout
Express checkout for returning customers — saved address, saved payment method, single confirmation tap. Reduces cart abandonment at the most critical moment. Works alongside the full checkout for new customers or complex orders.
